Mission Statement

At IST our primary goal is to provide the highest quality products available in the marketplace at competitive prices, while also setting a new standard for customer service and overall customer satisfaction. At IST, the customer's overall buying experience is priority one.

Integrated Software Technologies Inc. is a privately held company founded in 1996 with the single goal of providing quality Network Management software and hardware products to the Satellite Communications Industry at reasonable prices. Over the years, IST has expanded its product line to include many new standard, and custom, HW products while also becoming a respected OEM of Satellite and Microwave communications transmission control products.

IST is committed to total customer satisfaction (TCS), and achieves this by working hand and hand with the customer throughout all phases of the product life cycle. The very nature of the company allows IST to provide unparalleled customer support. This support ranges from providing customers with speedy pricing info and documentation to fixing all product defects in a timely manor should they arise.

Although IST's primary industry of focus is Satellite Communications, our products are equally suited to many other industries including Microwave Communications, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, and general Industrial Automated Control Systems. Let the broad range of expertise and diverse range of experience of our staff assist you in solving your problems.

In 1999 IST relocated its headquarters from Melbourne, FL, to the heart of the Silicon Desert, Phoenix, Az, just minutes away from industry giants Radyne Comstream and Comtech EF Data. Our relationships and close proximity to these two industry leaders give us a unique advantage when involved in projects that involve their world class products. We frequently go onsite to these companies to perform preliminary system testing of our VisiNet NMS product to ensure that device drivers and system GUI screens that involve their equipment are compatible, up-to-date, and defect free ensuring a smooth and efficient site installation. This reduces, and in many cases, removes the need for IST personnel to be present during the on-site installation process, thus reducing a major portion of the cost associated with such systems.
